The Consul General of Mexico met with Armenian-American businessmen

Upon the initiative of the Consulate General of Armenia in Los Angeles, the Consul General of Mexico, Carlos Eugenio Garcia de Alba Zepeda, met with about two dozen Armenian-American businessmen. He presented Armenian-Mexican business trends, and prospective areas for joint business ventures. Carlos Eugenio Garcia de Alba Zepeda presented the leading business trends in Mexico, the 14th largest economy in the world, which, through the implementation of business plans, will forge a bond between the Armenian and Mexican communities, and contribute to the development of business relations between the two nations. “It’s nice to see so many Armenian businessmen who understand the importance of collaborative opportunities. I hope some of them will be the ones who take the first steps. The purpose of these meetings is just that. Each time learning a little more about business potentials and investment opportunities,” said the Mexican Consul General. Also in attendance was the Executive Board Chairman of the Armenian American Business Council, Alec Baghdasaryan, who stressed the importance of Armenian-Mexican business ties in fostering close relations between the two nations. At the conclusion of the meeting, the participants agreed to hold another meeting without delay, during which collaborative business efforts will move forward.
