meeting with Los Angeles City Councilmember Paul Krekorian

Consul General Dr. Armen Baibourtian had a productive meeting with Los Angeles City Councilmember Paul Krekorian at the LA City Hall on February 8. The interlocutors discussed the entire spectrum of potential cooperation projects between cities of Los Angeles and Yerevan based on sister city relationships. The outline of some specific plans was devised. Councilmember Krekorian is one of the fifteen members of the governing body of the City of Los Angeles. He chairs the Budget and Finance Committee and also leads the San Fernando Valley Council of Governments advocating for the Valley’s two million residents.
