Consul General Armen Baibourtian visited Silicon Valley

In mid November, Consul General of Armenia Armen Baibourtian made a familiarization visit to the Silicon Valley in Northern California, where he toured the headquarters of top high-tech giant companies. Accompanied by Dr. Yervant Zorian, Chief Architect of Synopsys Corporation and President of its Armenia branch, Armen Baibourtian visited Google, Apple, Nvidia, Synopsis, and Intel, where the Consul General was acquainted with the main directions of their operations, plans for further expansion, and forthcoming major projects. Organized by Dr. Zorian, Consul General Baibourtian had meetings with the Armenian employees of those companies. Aimed at channeling those giant corporations toward Armenia, opportunities were sought to use the potential of Armenian experts to achieve that goal.
