Children of Armenia Fund

On October 13, Consul General Deignee Armen Baibourtian attended the event organized by the founder and chairman of the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) Dr. Garo Armen. The reception of this charitable organization was graciously hosted by Jack and Zarig Youredjian at their Hollywood Hills residence. The purpose of the event was presenting the COAF work in Armenia to the West Coast audience. The Consul General emphasized in his message the importance of COAF activities for the children in rural areas of Armenia as well as the efficiency of its technology driven projects. Dr. Baibourtian also referred to projects that COAF implemented partnering with UNDP, when he worked for the United Nations in Armenia.
