Consul General Karen Israyelyan had a meeting with Adrin Nazarian, LA City Councilmember.

On October 22, Dr. Karen Israyelyan, Consul General of the Republic of Armenia in Los Angeles, met with Mr. Adrin Nazarian, Member of Los Angeles City Council. The Consul General once again congratulated Mr. Nazarian for wining the election for LA Councilmembership. During an open and friendly conversation both sides highlighted the importance of strengthening Yerevan-Los Angeles sister-city cooperation, emphasizing the need to reinvigorate existing partnership initiatives.
The Consul General also presented the agreements reached in Washington on August 8th regarding the “TRIPP” route while underscoring the constructive role of the U.S. government in advancing peace in the region.
