On September 6, an event dedicated to the 55th anniversary of Tekeyan Cultural Association of USA and Canada and in memory of composer Hampartzoum Berberian took place in the Armenian Society of Los Angeles. His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, the Primate of Armenian Apostolic Church in Western USA, and Dr. Karen Israyelyan, Consul General of Armenia in Los Angeles were among the speakers of the evening. Parts from H. Berberian's musical creations were presented to the audience.
